Illinois Secure Choice Savings Program Act

Tips or gratuities to employees are the property of the employees, and employers shall not keep gratuities. Tip pooling arrangement among employee is not prohibited.
Illinois Blue Star Restaurant Program Act (Proposed)
Pursuant to the proposed Illinois Blue Star Restaurant Program Act (820 ILCS 105/12.1) the employer does not withhold from service tips or gratuities paid by credit card any credit card processing fees that the employer must pay in connection with the transaction at the point-of-sale.
Chicago Paid Leave and Paid Sick Leave Ordinance
